President
Founded in 1996 by Dean Potts, Bonanza Plumbing was built on a simple philosophy: provide quality workmanship, treat customers with integrity, and stand behind every project. After working alongside Dean for more than 20 years, Ray Goldsboro purchased the company in 2017 and continues to build on that legacy.
Today, Bonanza Plumbing partners with many of Southern California’s leading homebuilders, providing complete plumbing installations for new residential communities, multi-family developments, custom homes, service and repair, warranty support, and water treatment solutions.
As we celebrate our 30th Anniversary in 2026, we remain committed to the same values that have guided us since 1996—quality, integrity, reliability, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

FOUNDED BY DEAN POTTS
Dean Potts founded Bonanza Plumbing and hired Ray Goldsboro as the company's first employee, beginning a partnership that would span more than 20 years.
2000
MOVED TO MIRA LOMA
Relocated to our Mira Loma facility and expanded our team to support continued growth and new builder partnerships.
2007
EXPANDED BUILDER PARTNERSHIPS & COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Expanded relationships with Southern California's leading homebuilders while growing our commercial plumbing division and taking on larger, more complex projects.
2011
MOVED TO NORCO HEADQUARTERS
Relocated to our Norco office and warehouse to accommodate our growing operations and workforce.
2017
RAY GOLDSBORO PURCHASES BONANZA & ADDS WATER TREATMENT DIVISION
After working alongside founder Dean Potts for more than 20 years, Ray Goldsboro purchased Bonanza Plumbing and added our Water Treatment Division, continuing the company's legacy of quality, integrity, and customer service.

MOVED TO LOMA LINDA HEADQUARTERS
Relocated to our current headquarters in Loma Linda, providing expanded office, warehouse, training facilities, and room for future growth.
